I've had this credit card for 9 years now out of the blue thay have added a monthly service charge of $6.55 and it already has a $75.00 annual fee!!!

I have had a Legacy credit card in very good standing for more than 9 years. I've been paying $75.00 a year for an "Annual Fee" and have just now received a notice that an additional $75.00 will be charged for "Maintenance." I keep a zero-dollar balance and receive paperless statements.
I spoke with customer service to no avail. I've canceled my card. I advise those of you reading this to avoid First Nation Legacy credit cards.
Save yourself some money. There are much better options available.

Had the card for a few years and made minimum payment. Made a payment to almost pay it off and they flagged it, even though it was the same bank account I had made every other monthly payment from.
Wanted me to send them a bank statement to prove it was my account. Not happening. They had no problem accepting any previous payments from the same account and never locked it prior.
Seems they prey on those who cant make payments and go over their limit! Steer clear!

Account hold
Made larger payment account does not reflect , according to customer service my account is on a hold based on payment made. I may have it release with proof of payment with bank via fax.
Which I find ridiculous will be closing account ! Never experienced such ridiculous holds on account for making a payment
UNAUTHORIZED INQUIRY
I ASKED IF A SOFT OR HARD CREDIT WOULD BE PULL. I WAS ADVISED THAT IT WOULD BE A SOFT INQUIRY. THE NEXT DAY, I CHECKED ON THE CREDIT BUREAU AND FOUND THAT IT WAS A HARD CREDIT CHECK.

I just filed my complaint with the FTC, last 3 digits 422. I am not playing games with these people. They need to give me back my money since I am paying for a nonexistent service!!!!
Going to the FTC. I have been billed for this card despite never using it.
Additionally, I have TRIED to use it on several websites for paying a small bill, or a purchase but ALL WEBSITES are declining this card. I am getting my fees back and the government will be involved.
Fraudulent services NOT RENDERED!! This ends here!!

Verified ReviewerCredit Card Bill but No credit card
I was approved and I received my first bill without ever receiving the card. Called and got a message the cards are back ordered.
No card should mean no bill. I cannot believe they expect me to pay without even receiving an account number.
Preferred solution: A card or at least an account number for online purchases.

Worst company ever! If you value your money do not do business with them!
They sent me documents proving the charge on my card is fraud yet still refuse to remove it! Their customer service is a joke at best!!!

Unable to reach customer service to make payment . The phone number listed on site does not work especially when calling from overseas.

Fraud charges
Legacys customers service agent was unhelpful with answering my questions and there was not any notes in their computer regarding my first call requesting to cancel the fraudulent charges that were made on my credit card and my request to cancel and the stolen credit card account.

My card keeps getting declined even though I have plenty of funds available and all my payments have been on time and a great customer. I have never had a card decline a sale before. Very embarrassed.

My phone carrier informed me I was a legacy holder?
I dont know what they are talking about and they asked if I had anything else I wished to verify ? I wasnt told inwas any kind of legacy holder or anything ?
Awful customer service
I have had this card since 2016. They never changed my checking that was hacked!
They never even changed my email!!
I Spoke with a manager she was no help and basically said oh well! Dont do business with a company like this so sad!!

I'm very happy with Legacy credit card. They are very understanding.
They go out of their way to help customer's. I wish all companies would have the high standards has Legacy credit card company
